Urgent – 6 IPs killed, inured in Samara

Salah-il-Din, Tikrit (IraqiNews.com) Six policemen were killed and injured due to an armed attack and two Improvised Explosive Devices that exploded in southern Samara city of Salah-il-Din province.Security source mentioned to Iraqi News ”A Federal Police officer, with a Major rank, was killed while one of his bodyguards was injured in a sniper attack in Al-Bosalibi area of Dhuluiya district of southern Samara city.””When, the supportive police patrols arrived to rescue the people, who were injured due to the armed attack, two IEDs exploded targeting police patrols,” the source added.”The explosions of the IEDs resulted in injuring four elements of the police patrols as well as material damages to the vehicles of the police,” the source concluded.
