103 former regime’s officers to join service at IA

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Ministry of Defense decided on Monday, to let a number of the Iraqi former regime’s officers re-join the service at the Iraqi Army in a number of provinces.

A statement by the Ministry cited on Monday “An approval was achieved from the General Commander of Armed Forces to return (103) officers of the former regime to the service.”

“The officers included in this resolution need to check out their transactions at the reception centers in Baghdad, Middle Euphrates, and Anbar province,” the statement added.
