Beji-Hamam al-Aleel Oil pipeline subject to sabotage

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Oil pipeline that transports Oil products between Salah-il-Din and Nineveh provinces was subject to an explosion which is the fourth during one month.The Ministry of Oil reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Oil pipeline, which extends between the two provinces (Beji-Hamam al-Aleel), suffered a terrorist operation at 10 PM of Sunday night which stopped the pumping of Oil products through the pipeline.””The engineering cadres in the Ministry of Oil are working to repair the damage on the pipeline to resume using the Oil pipeline as soon as possible,” the statement added.The Ministry of Oil called the concerned sides and the provincial councils of the provinces that the oil pipeline crosses through to “take a real stance to secure the Oil pipeline, otherwise these sides will be responsible for any sabotage act that prevents supplying the citizens with oil products.” \
