Egyptian PM to meet Jaafary, Shawees, Shihristani, Hakim on Tuesday

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Egyptian source mentioned that the Egyptian Prime Minister, Hisham Qindiel, will meet a number of Iraqi prominent political figures during the second day of his visit.

The source added “Qindiel will meet the head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibraheem al-Jaafary, who is considered as the head of the parliamentary majority then he will meet the Deputy Premier for Economic Affairs, Ruz Nouri Shawees as well as the Deputy Premier for Energy Affairs, Hussein al-Shihristani.”

“Qindiel’s agenda involves meeting the head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, that is supposed to be followed by meeting with the Iraqi and the Egyptian media outlets to announce the results of the visit,” the source added.

“He will also meet with the representatives of the Egyptian community living in Iraq to realize their problems to solve them in cooperation with the Iraqi side,” the source concluded.
