Saadi: Kurdistan Region defaults paying 10 Billion USD from oil production since 2008

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Kamal al-Saadi, of the State of Law Coalition headed by the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, announced that Kurdistan Region did not pay 10 Billion USD from the oil production since 2008.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said ” There are 104 oil barrels produced in Kurdistan Region that were not included in the General Budget which equal 10 Billion USD according to the formal statistics.”

“The produced oil since 2008 is about 160 Million barrels where only 56 Million barrels and the amount of 104 were not delivered to the General Budget,” he added.

He ruled out “Sending a delegation from the Iraqi National Alliance to Kurdistan Region to discuss the General Budget.”
