IHEC to conduct training courses in Najaf

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission IHEC conducted training courses for observers and representatives of political blocs.The Director of the Media Department in IHEC, Hayder Abass, stated to IraqiNews.com on Saturday ”The training courses aim to promote principles of impartiality and transparency in preparing to conduct honest and free elections for provincial councils on next April.””The training courses, which will last for three days, will include educating the observers on the mechanism of voting and the work nature of the representatives of political blocs,” he added. \
