IED goes off in Shurqat district

Salah-il-Din, Tikrit (IraqiNews.com) An Improvised Explosive Device IED went off in Shurqat district of Salah-il-Din province.Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Monday ”The IED was emplaced near the outer fence of a house that belongs to an officer with Lieutenant rank, Abdul-Rahman Ismaeel, in Sheikh Hamad village on the Left Coast of Shurqat district.””The explosion did not result in any human casualties but it caused material damage to the house,” the source added.”The security forces closed all the roads that lead to the explosion location and initiated an investigation to capture the attackers,” the source concluded. \
