Iraq, Tunis discuss ration card items

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretary of the Iraqi Ministry of Trade, Waled al-Musawi, met the official spokesperson of the Republic of Tunis and they discussed the economic relations between the two countries.The Ministry of Trade reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com “Musawi met the official spokesperson of the Republic of Tunis and the Tunisian Charge D’affaires and they discussed the economic relations between the two countries and the means to promote it for the interest of the people.””The Secretary of the Ministry of Trade confirmed that the main responsibility of the Ministry is to provide the items of ration card and distribute it for citizens,” noting that “The Ministry equips the citizens with eight million tons of sugar, edible oil, rice and baby milk,” he added.”The meeting was attended by the Director General of Foreign Affairs Relations Department at the Ministry of Trade, Hashim Mohamed Hatim, and several employees of the Tunisian Embassy to Iraq,” the statement concluded.
