Jaafary, Anbar tribal figures discuss demonstrations situation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafary discussed with a delegation of Anbar tribal leaders, the means to speed up meeting the demonstrators’ demands.

The INA cited in a statement received by IraqiNews.com “Jaafary welcomed Anbar chieftains’ delegation at his office in Baghdad where they stressed the necessity of consolidating the national unity and harmony among Iraq’s social and ethnic components as well as expediting answering the demands of the current demonstrations.”

Jaafary highlighted during the meeting, “The major role played by the tribal figures in strengthening the national unity and promoting love and harmony, respect of law and aborting the plans that aim to disrupt the social texture.”
