IED explodes in eastern Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) A policeman was injured in eastern Tikrit on Friday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The police forces discovered a car bomb in Tuz Khurmatu district of eastern Tikrit on Friday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “An Improvised Explosive Device emplaced near the car bomb, injuring a policeman seriously.”

“The security forces launched a search-raid seeking the criminal behind the explosion and arrested seven suspects,” the source concluded.
