Dawa Islamic Party re-elects Maliki as its Secretary General

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Dawa Islamic Party re-elected the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, as its Secretary General.

A statement by the Dawa Islamic Party received by IraqiNews.com on Saturday cited “The Party re-elected Maliki as its Secretary General for the second time.”

It is worth mentioning that the Dawa Islamic Party has elected Maliki in 2006 as its Secretary General to replace Ibrahim al-Jaafary.
