Egyptian delegation arrives to Baghdad to participate in Baghdad’s cultural festival

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Egyptian delegation that will participate in Baghdad, Capital of Arab Culture Festival has arrived to Baghdad on Thursday evening.

Several intellectuals and writers expressed their concerns regarding the current security situation in Iraq, besides the difficulty of the arrival of some Arab guests under the escalation of security instability where the terrorist operations started to target the security bodies and the security forces themselves.

The official Iraqia satellite channel reported that “The Egyptian delegation, that would participate in Baghdad cultural festival, has arrived to Baghdad International Airport on Thursday evening.”

Baghdad, Capital of Arab Culture festivities will be inaugurated on Zawra park near the Japanese restaurant under a giant tent that accommodates 1200 spectators.
