Mutalibi: Corrupted security officers support terrorist groups

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Saad al-Mutalibi, of the State of Law Coalition said “Some corrupted security officers are financially attracted by the terrorist groups.”

He stated to IraqiNews.com “There are security breaches that could not be justified and the responsible dilatory side among the security forces must be punished.”

“Some officers prefer capturing the terrorists alive under the claim of getting information from him but in reality they ask for money to release him,” he added.

“The mechanism of appointing faithful leaders must be considered since the security commanders are responsible for the security deterioration in the country,” he concluded.

About 280 citizens were killed and injured due to more than 25 car bombings in Baghdad and some other provinces on last Tuesday according to a statistics conducted by IraqiNews.com.
