Urgent – .Nineveh 2nd Deputy Governor resigns in solidarity with demonstrators

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) The second Deputy Governor of Nineveh province, Faisal Ajil al-Yawar, resigned in solidarity with the demonstrators in the province.

In a brief statement issued by his office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Yawar resigned officially from his post in solidarity with the demonstrators in Mosul.”

Anbar, Salah-il-Din, Kirkuk and Nineveh provinces witness demonstrations since three months calling for releasing detainees and endorsing the General Amnesty law as well as other demands.
