IS MP appreciates Sistani’s role in preserving Iraqis’ lives

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Jamal al-Gailani of the Iraqiya Slate appreciated the fatwa of the Religious Authority in Najaf concerning tabooing the Iraqi blood and its call for the Shiites to protect Sunnis from the danger.

Gailani stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The religious authority’s fatwa indicates its interest in what is going on in Iraq.”

“This praiseworthy step by the religious authority deserves all appreciation,” he added.

Ayatollah, Sayed Ali al-Sistani has issued fatwa prohibiting the Iraqi people’ blood, calling the Shiites protect the Sunnis from imminent danger.
