Maliki welcomes forming negotiating committee by demonstrators

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, expressed his comfort for forming a committee by the demonstrators to negotiate with the Government over their demands.

In a TV interview, Maliki stressed “I am glad that the demonstrators elected people who represent them to convey their demands.”

“I confirm telling the demonstrators that you managed to end the sedition that some sides tried to develop to achieve their personal political gains,” he concluded.

Earlier, the chieftains in Anbar province called the demonstrators in the province to form a committee to negotiate with the Government over their demands.
