Nusayif calls Iraqis to protest for kidnapping Iraqi fishers by Kuwaiti authorities

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aliya Nusayif, of the Hurra Iraqiya Alliance called the Iraqis to protest for kidnapping Iraqi fishers by the Kuwaiti authorities.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Monday, she said “While stealing the Iraqi territories and creating a crisis in Iraq, Kuwait kidnapped nine Iraqi fishers to show that they are in the strong position and there are no international laws that can make them to adhere to.”

“This behavior completed the other violations against Iraqi lands and natural resources where the Kuwaiti authorities find an Iraqi silence towards these violations,” she added.

She called the Executive Authority, the public and the journalists to “Condemn the Kuwaiti violations and stop any side that violate the sovereignty of Iraq.”
