Delegation from Azher Mosque to visit Kurdistan Region

(IraqiNews.com) A delegation from the Azher Mosque scholars left Cairo International Airport heading towards Kurdistan Region in Iraq.Press sources reported that “The delegation, which is chaired by , Mohamed Abdul Fadhel al-Qusay, the former Minister of Endowments in the Egyptian Government and the Head of the Global Association of Azher Graduates, is heading towards Kurdistan Region in an official Visit that lasts several days.””The delegation will meet several officials in Kurdistan Region, especially the Union of Islamic Religion Scholars in Kurdistan Region,” according to a member of the delegation.”The visit came to promote the mutual cooperation relations between Azher institutions and the Global Union in order to take advantage of Azher Mosque experience in disseminating principles of moderation and avoid sectarianism,” the source added. \END\
