Urgent – Anbar demonstrators suspends meeting for nominating negotiating delegation with government

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Committee formed by the demonstrators of Anbar province suspend holding the meeting for nominating the delegation that will negotiate with the government for their demands.

The spokesperson of the committee, Ayad al-Khatib, stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “We have suspended the meeting for nominating the negotiating the delegation with the government,” without mentioning that time of the suspension.

“The decision behind the suspension is to protest the visit of a security delegation from the Interior Ministry to the province to discuss the possibility of holding the local elections in the province,” he concluded.
