IED goes off at Mosul University

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) Two students were wounded when an Improvised Explosive Device exploded in Mosul University campus in Nineveh province.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com “The IED, which was emplaced in the campus of Mosul University, exploded on Sunday noon and resulted in wounding two of the university students.”

“The ambulances rushed to the explosion location and transported the wounded students to the hospital for treatment while the security forces cordoned the building of the university and launched a raid – search campaign looking for the perpetrators,” the source added. \END\
