Colonel of former Iraqi Army, wife killed in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) An officer of the former Iraq Army and his wife were killed to the north of Mosul.

Security source told Iraqi News IraqiNews.com on Thursday ”Unidentified gunmen stormed a house, that belongs to a Colonel of the Former Iraq Army, in Blej village within Qayrawan area of northern Mosul.”

“The gunmen shot the former Colonel and his wife dead,” the source added.

“The security forces transported the dead bodies to the morgue and started an investigation over the incident,” the source concluded. \END\
