Hakim launches initiative of “Wasit, Province of Future”

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, launched the initiative of Wasit, Province of Future.

During the ceremony of supporting the Citizen Coalition in Wasit province on Thursday “The initiative involves several aspects including allocating 10% of the oil revenues of the province to its budget for ten years.”

“It also includes establishing the oil company of Wasit where the oil production will overcome the production of some countries registered in OPEC,” he added.

“An oil Refinery must be erected in the province with a capacity of producing 150.000 barrels/ a day,” he concluded…..to be followed.
