Sahwa elements killed, injured in northern Tikrit

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) A Sahwa element was killed and another injured due to an explosion of an Adhesive Explosive Device in northern Tikrit.

A security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) on Thursday “An AED was emplaced in a car of one of the Sahwa elements where it exploded in Jamila area of Shurqat district to result in killing one element and injuring another.”

“The security force transferred the injured to the nearby hospital and the dead to the morgue,” the source concluded.
