IHEC, All election centers include complaint form to record any irregularities

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Kadhim al-Zubaei, the member of the Independent High Electoral Commission confirmed some complaints boxes in each election center to record any irregularities in election process.Zubaei mentioned in statement to IraqiNews.com “Each elections center included observers to monitor the political entities’ behavior and international monitors to preserve the transparency of the electoral process.””All the security elements have voted for their residential provinces since each voter was handed an election form after checking his personal identity documents and his name in voters’ list,” he addedThe private vote of the security elements took place on Saturday in all Iraqi provinces except Nineveh and Anbar.According to officials in the IHEC about (60%) of security elements have participated in the private vote.
