IHEC opens 420 centers, 1845 stations for special voting

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission opened (420) voting centers for the special voting being conducted for the security forces which started at 7 a.m till 5 p.m, noting “the voting is conducted smoothly.”

The Chief of the electoral office, Muqdad al-Shirefi, mentioned in a statement “The IHEC opened (420) voting centers and (1845) voting stations for the special voting of the local elections being launched across Iraq except Anbar and Nineveh provinces.”

“The results of the special voting will be declared along with the results of the general elections scheduled to be conducted on 20th, current April,” he added.
