Saad demands to compensate families affected due to extending of Majnon Oil pipeline

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Suzan al-Saad, the member of the Oil and Energy Parliamentary Committee announced that “The Southern Oil Company granted the families, who were affected due to Majnon Oil pipeline, (100) appointment degrees as temporary contracted employees.”She reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com “Saad held a meeting with the Director of the Southern Oil Company in which she was informed that the company decided to grant the families, who were affected due to extending Majnon Oil pipeline across their territories, appointment degrees to work at the company as temporary contracts.””The families who abode by law and evacuated their territories, now they are demanding to compensate them so they can find an income for livelihood,” she added.”The Southern Oil Company decided to form a committee to count the affected families in order to compensate them by appointing their family members so that no family remains without any income for livelihood,” she pointed out. \END\
