Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The meetings of the governmental experts team started on Tuesday at the Iraqi Academy for Anti-Terrorism to review the International experts’ report over Iraq’s response to the application of the UN Convention for counter-Corruption.

A statement by the Integrity Commission received by IraqiNews.com cited “The Team which is headed by judge Alaa Hameed, the chief of the Integrity Commission comprises experts from the Cabinet Secretariat General, parliament Integrity Committee, besides other official sides.”

The experts will discuss the observations of the Malaysian and Jordanian experts tasked to trace Iraq’s steps towards the points stated in the UN Convention ratified by the UN in 2003 and approved by Iraq in 2007, so as to develop the final formula for the UN report over Iraq’s response to the requirements of applying the UN Convention for Counter-Corruption.
