Helicopter attacked in southern Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) A helicopter was attacked in southern Mosul on last Thursday night.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The helicopter was attacked by unidentified gunmen in Shora district,” noting that “The attack resulted in material damages to the helicopter.”

“The helicopter was tasked in an official mission to chase gunmen,” the source concluded without mentioned further details.
