IS MP rules out settling crisis through Um al-Qura meeting

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Noura al-Bijari, of the Iraqiya Slate ruled out settling the political crisis through the meeting of the political sides in Um al-Qura mosque according to the call of the Sunni and Shiite endowments.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) , she said “If the meeting of Um al-Qura was held, it would not achieve any settlement to the political crisis without the real intention of the political sides to settle it.”

“The lack of the real intentions is the result of the current situation of Iraq,” she added, expecting “The disputes to continue till holding the local elections of Nineveh and Anbar provinces.”

She called “All the meeting sides to achieve real resolutions that could stop shedding the Iraqi blood.”

It is noteworthy that the Sunni and Shiite endowments released an initiative on last Wednesday to hold a meeting among the political sides in Um al-Qura mosque to settle the current crisis in Iraq.
