Araji expects near return for Kurdish MPs, Ministers to parliament, government

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Baha al-Araji, head of the parliament Ahrar bloc associated to the Iraqi National Alliance expected closeness of the Kurdish MPs and Ministers’ return to the parliament and government.

Araji told IraqiNews.com “It is expected the Kurdish MPs and ministers to rejoin their offices post the visit of Kurdistan delegation to Baghdad and its meeting with the INA.”

“There are important strategic relations that link the Kurdistan Alliance and the INA which should not be neglected where any flounder in these relations would affect the political situation in Iraq,” he added.

“Both sides showed real intentions to end the problems and settle all the pending issues as per the Constitution where technical commissions will be formed to settle those issues, hence this meeting stands for a good start to halt the Kurdish MPs, Ministers’ boycott for the federal parliament and the government,” Araji concluded.
