Labor Day celebration canceled in solidarity with Maysan blast’s victims

Maysan, Amara (IraqiNews.com) The Union of Labors canceled the annual celebration on the 1st of May in solidarity with the families of the victims of Maysan province.The Chairman of the Union’s branch in Maysan, Abdul Karim al-Sahab, announced in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The labors union announced the mourning for three days in solidarity with the families of the victims of recent blasts that took place in Maysan province.””The union decided to cancel to the celebration on the occasion of labor annual day which is scheduled to be held on 1st of May,” the statement added.The workers all over the world celebrate on their annual anniversary with pride of their achievements on economic level and insistance on their struggle for better future to enjoy democracy and justice. \END\
