PC Candidate, son wounded in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) A candidate of (Nineveh Tribes) political gathering and his son were wounded during an armed attack to the north of Mosul city.

Security sources reported to IraqiNews.com ”The candidate, Ghalib Mohamed al-Bejary, of Nineveh Tribes gathering suffered an armed attack waged by unidentified gunmen in Thubat neighborhood of northern Mosul city.”

“The candidate and his son were wounded in the armed attack while the gunmen fled away to unknown destination,” the source added.

“The security forces transported the wounded persons to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
