Kobler welcomes return of Kurdish Ministers to CoM’s meetings

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Special Representative of the UN’s Secretary General, Martin Kobler, welcomed the return of the Kurdish ministers to the meetings of the Council of Ministers.

A statement by the UN Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) received by IraqiNews.com quoted Kobler in his special message to the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, as saying “No good initiatives to be taken to settle the crisis without adhering to the dialogue and the complete participation in the governmental institutions.”
