MP urges media outlets to avoid provocative style in covering demonstrations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Riyadh al-Zaidi, of Ahrar bloc urged “The media outlets to avoid the provocative style while covering the events related to the demonstrations in the western provinces in Iraq.”

Speaking to IraqiNews.com, he called “The wise people in the demonstrations to have legitimate demands away from the threats to topple the State.”

“Iraq involves many sects and we should preserve the unity among them by adopting the moderate statements regarding the current events,” he added.

“The journalists who adopt the sectarian agitation are rejected by all Iraqis,” he mentioned.

“The wise sides in the demonstrations of Anbar, Mosul, Kirkuk and Salah-il-Din province must avoid threats against the security forces,” he concluded.
