IED targets IA patrol in northern Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) went off in northern Tikrit on Monday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The IED went off targeting an Iraqi Army patrol, killing a soldier and injuring four civilians including a woman.”

“The IA forces launched search-raid operations and netted six suspects,” the source concluded.
