PUK delegation, Jalili discuss regional political updates

Follow-Up (IraqiNews.com) The delegation of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, headed by the Iraqi President’s wife Heero Ahmed Talabani, met with the Secretary General of the Iranian National Security, Saeed Jalili, the latest political developments in Iraq.

The Iranian Mehr News Agency assured that “Jalili confirmed, during his meeting with the PUK delegation, that the Iraqi political crisis can be settled as a result for the constructive dialogue among the political blocs.”

For her part, Heero Talabani emphasized the depth of the relations between Iraq and Iran, expressing the Iraqi will to develop cooperation with Iran.
