White bloc criticizes Maliki for not taking actions against neglectful security officials

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The White bloc criticized the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, for not taking any actions against the neglectful security officials due to the latest security breaches.

The spokesperson of the bloc, Kadhim al-Shimmari, stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “There were so many calls over supporting the security forces as being fighting the terrorists,” noting that “We agree with these calls but when the bombing detectors were discovered fake and they are the main reason behind the bombings we did not see any action from Maliki against the security officials where neglecting this issue will lead to disasters.”

“Any security breach results in killing dozens of the citizens and at the same times there is no action by Maliki,” he added, noting that “There are many meetings and security elements but there are also many bombings and shedding the Iraqi blood.”

“I call Maliki to evaluate the performance of the security forces and show that he is able to change the current situation,” he concluded.
