Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, assured that the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, proved his disobedience for the constitution by provoking MPs not to attend the parliament session to avoid practicing the parliament legislative role.

“We wished Maliki to be strong enough to explain the failure of his government rather than violating the constitution,” he concluded.
