Urgent – ..Nijaifi: Maliki to be obliged to attend parliament investigation session

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi emphasized “We will resort to the judiciary if the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki insisted on not attending the investigation session at the parliament.”

Nijaifi said during a press conference he held at the parliament building on Tuesday “If the Premier persisted on not attending the parliament for investigation, we will oblige him to attend the session through the judiciary.”
