Kurdish MP welcomes Hakim’s call to issue charter of honor

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Mahma Khalil of the Kurdistani Alliance welcomed the latest call of head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, over holding a symbolic meeting for all the political process at his office to set unified view and issue a charter honor against the terrorism.

The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, has called earlier today the political sides and the Sunni and Shiite Endowments along with Kurdistan Region to hold symbolic meeting to reassure the Iraqi people.

Khalil stated to IraqiNews.com on Wednesday “Kurdistan Region has good relations with Hakim and welcomes all the initiatives which help unify the Iraqi people and stop the bloodshed caused by the terrorist operations,” noting “The country needs solutions that satisfy all sides where may unfruitful initiatives were issued previously.”
