Saad warns from radioactive equipment in Southern Oil Company

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Suzan al-Saad, member of Oil and Energy Parlaimentary Committee warned from a collective crisis against the employees of the Southern Oil Company due to the cancerous radio-active equipment inside the company.

She stated to IraqiNews.com “The Company contracted with HBT Company that supplied radioactive equipment that cause cancer to the employees of the company.”

“The Company involves 250 employees in addition to a primary school close to its location which means these a humanitarian crisis in Basra that is already suffers from the negligence,” she added.

She called “To form a committee to investigate the negative and positive effects of this equipment.”
