Diyala River cleaned by MoWR

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) The Technical staffs of the Ministry of Water Resource implemented the works of cleaning the River of Diyala from debris.

A statement by the MoWR received by IraqiNews.com cited “The works involved lifting the clay from the river to increase the flow of the water.”

“The river is considered as important for tourism and the irrigation projects,” the statement concluded.
