Sadrist MP: "Replacing Maliki only solution to resolve current crisis in Iraq"

MP Ali al-Tamimi of the Ahrar bloc associated to the Sadr Trend stressed that “The only solution to resolve the current crisis in Iraq is to replace the Premier Nouri al-Maliki by another figure from the Iraqi National Alliance.”

Timimi stated “Resolving the current crisis lies in replacing Maliki by another figure which enjoys acceptability by all the sides or holding an inclusive national meeting that gathers all the blocs or waiting for the next parliamentary elections to replace Maliki through the ballot boxes.”
