Barzani urges to avoid violence

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, emphasized the necessity of “avoiding violence.”

The office of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan PUK mentioned that “Barzani received on Thursday in Erbil the head of Diyarbakr Municipality of Turkey, Othman Baydimir, and accompanying delegation,” noting that “”The eyes of the world are directed towards the Middle-East and the Kurdish Case enjoys a great deal of this attention since the Kurd population are interested in the developments in Kurdistan Region and political leadership in Kurdistan region also observe the developments of the Kurdish case in Turkey.”

Barzani assured that “This is the golden age for the Kurds who could achieve their fair goals but they should avoid violence and present their message of peace and coexistence for the world.”
