SLC MP accuses Nijaifi of "Attempting to divide Iraq"

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abdul Abbas Shea’a, of the State of Law Coalition accused the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, of “Attempting to divide Iraq.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Nijaifi in his unclear and suspicious actions and relations in addition to his scheduled visits to Qatar and Turkey is the first one called for forming regions and one of the sides that work on dividing Iraq which created crisis in Iraq.”

“Nijaifi did not be in harmony with the government and such disturbed relation between the two important authorities will not result in running the State and improve the situation,” he added.

“Nijaifi’s existence in the political process is a crisis itself and a hinderer to the government and the political process and if he does not change his policy, the security situation will not change because all the authorities are responsible for it,” he concluded.
