24 Convicted send to MoJ to implement death verdicts

Dhi-Qar, Nassiriya (IraqiNews.com) A source of Dhi-Qar Police Department revealed “Sending (24) convicted prisoners to the Ministry of Justice in Baghdad to serve the death verdicts issued against them.”

The Ministry of Justice declared on 17/April executing (21) prisoners affiliated to Qaeda organization for being sentenced on terrorism charges.

“The administration of Dhi-Qar Reformation Center in Nassiriya city sent the convicted prisoners, who are sentenced to death, to the Ministry of Justice in Baghdad to execute them according to the Iraqi Penal Code,” the source added. \END\
