Security Committee: accusing Jordan intelligence of being behind bombings in Iraq "great mistake"

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Hassan Jihad of the parliament Security and Defense Committee stressed “The Committee did not receive information about the involvement of the Jordanian Intelligence in the last bombings in Iraq, confirming “Accusing Jordan such accusations is a great mistake and will harm the Iraqi-Jordanian bilateral relations.”

Hassan al-Sinaid, head of the Security and Defense Committee has revealed receiving a tip over the Jordanian and Turkish intelligence’s support to the armed groups in Iraq where Sinaid called the Iraqi Foreign Ministry not to compliment these two countries on account of the Iraqis’ bloods.”

Jihad told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The parliament S & D Committee did not receive any information concerning the Jordanian intelligence’s involvement in the recent bombings of Iraq,” pointing out that “Iraq enjoys good relations with Jordan so far.”

“Iraq do have tensed relations with Turkey and the Gulf countries and some other countries, but such relations would harm Iraq’s interests and aggravate the already deteriorated situation,” he emphasized.
