Urgent – clashes erupt between border guard policemen – Syrian gunmen at border area in Anbar

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) Three border guard policemen were killed and injured on Sunday due to clashes with Syrian gunmen at border area in Anbar province.

Security source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Violent clashes erupted between Syrian gunmen and border guard policemen at the borders near Al Waleed border inlet of western Anbar, where the clashes resulted in killing a policeman and injuring two others. ”

“Security force rushed to the incident place, then transported the injured to a hospital for treatment, while the dead body of the policeman was sent to the morgue,” the source added.
