Army Major assassinated in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) An Army officer with a Major rank was killed in an armed attack to the east of Mosul city, the capital of Nineveh province.Security source reported to IraqiNews.com ”Unidentified gunmen stopped the Army Major while he was traveling by his own personal vehicle, killing him, under the Fifth Bridge area of eastern Mosul city.””The gunmen managed to flee after the attack while the police transported the dead body of the Army Major to the morgue,” the source added.
