Formalist Rouhani becomes Iran’s new President

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The moderate Islamist and the candidate, Hassan Rouhani, has won Iran presidential election that was held on the 14th of June 2013 where he has got 17 million votes.

It is worth mentioning that Rouhani is the only moderate Islamist candidate after the withdrawal of Mohammed Retha Arif, where Rouhani gets the support of the two fomer Presidents, Rafsanjani and Khatami.
